SMS Messaging Terms
These SMS Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in text messaging programs operated by RMG Universal Brands LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, "RMG Universal," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to America First Music, RMG Music Group, Sextronica, Sõnicated, Lo Spettro, blu852, and Awareness Project USA. By opting in to receive text messages from any RMG Universal brand, you agree to these Terms.
1 · Program Purpose
RMG Universal sends transactional and marketing SMS messages from a single shared toll-free number, +1 855-513-6595, on behalf of any participating subsidiary brand. Message content may include:
- Account verification codes and security alerts
- Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service replies
- New product drops, releases, and brand announcements
- Event invitations, member previews, and limited-time offers
- Reminders related to subscriptions, donations, or memberships you have established with a participating brand
2 · Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by brand and by the activity you have opted into. Recurring messages. You may receive up to fifteen (15) messages per month per brand you have subscribed to. Verification, password reset, and one-time confirmation messages are sent on demand and are not subject to a monthly cap.
3 · Opt-In
You are added to an RMG Universal SMS program only by an affirmative action you take, including any of the following:
- Submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form on a participating brand's website and confirming via the verification message we send
- Texting a published keyword (for example,
JOIN) to+1 855-513-6595 - Providing your number during checkout or membership onboarding and checking the SMS consent box
- Verbally consenting and confirming via the verification message we send
Your consent applies only to the specific brand and program you opted into. Consent is not transferred across brands. To receive messages from another RMG Universal brand, you must opt in to that brand separately.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS to buy a product, become a member, or make a donation.
4 · STOP & HELP Keywords
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message from +1 855-513-6595. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent from that brand to that number. Other keywords that opt you out: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT.
Each opt-out applies to the specific brand whose messages you received. If you wish to opt out of every RMG Universal brand at once, email privacy@rmguniversal.com with the subject line "Global SMS opt-out" and we will suppress your number across all participating brands within five (5) business days.
For assistance: Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@rmguniversal.com. We respond to HELP requests with our support contact and a link back to these Terms.
5 · Carrier Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent to and received from RMG Universal. Check your mobile plan for details.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability is not guaranteed in all areas at all times.
6 · Data & Privacy
To operate our SMS programs we collect and process:
- The mobile number you provide
- The brand and program you opted in to
- The time, date, IP address, and user agent (where applicable) of your opt-in event — TCPA-required consent record
- Message delivery status, opens, link clicks, and STOP/HELP keyword responses
Who We Share With
We share the data above only with:
- Twilio Inc., our SMS infrastructure provider, who transmits messages on our behalf
- Your wireless carrier, for the sole purpose of delivering the message
- Government agencies, when compelled by valid legal process
We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share your mobile number with third-party marketers, advertisers, data brokers, or non-affiliated entities for their own promotional use.

7 · Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Withdraw consent by replying STOP (per Section 4)
- Request a copy of the consent record we hold for you
- Request deletion of your mobile number from our systems
- Update the mobile number associated with your subscription
Submit requests to privacy@rmguniversal.com. We acknowledge within five (5) business days and respond substantively within thirty (30) days, as required by applicable law.
8 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 years old with verifiable parental consent, to opt in to an RMG Universal SMS program. By opting in you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll that number.
9 · Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an SMS notice and posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
