These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rmguniversal.com and the RMG Universal hub, and any products, merchandise, memberships, donations, communications, and services offered through it (the "Services"), operated by RMG Universal Brands LLC ("RMG", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase, donate, or create an account. Some brands require you to be 18 or older; those requirements are stated at the point of entry. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

2. Purchases, Donations & Payments

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms; we never see or store your full card number.
• Donations are voluntary and, unless expressly stated, are not tax-deductible.
• Sales tax is added where required by law. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

Where a paid membership or subscription is offered, its pricing and billing cadence are shown at purchase. Recurring plans continue until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.
• Do not disrupt, attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without written permission.

5. Your Content

If you submit content to us (a message, review, photo, or clip), you grant RMG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Services. You confirm you have the rights to grant that license.

6. Communications

If you opt in to email or SMS, you consent to receive messages from RMG and its brands. Message & data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel texts. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMG's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
