These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any website operated by an RMG-affiliated entity (collectively, the "RMG Operators", "we", "us", or "our"). The controlling legal entity differs by brand — see the Entity Map immediately following.

All controlling entities share the same postal address: 700 Old Dixie Hwy Suite 209, Lake Park, FL 33404. Each brand site links to a version of these Terms stamped with that brand's controlling entity at the top.
The covered Sites include (each a "Site", together the "Sites"): The Awareness Project USA (awarenessprojectusa.com), America First Music (america-first-music.com), Sextronica (sextronica.world), RMG Universal (rmguniversal.com, rmguniversalbrands.com), RMG Music Group (rmgmusicgroup.com), blu852 (blu852.com), Drink Sonicated (drinksonicated.com), Lo Spettro (lospettro.com), Sextronica After Dark (sextronicaafterdark.com), The Asoniq (theasoniq.com), and Bonanza Entertainment, and all products, merchandise, memberships, donations, communications, and services offered through them (collectively, the "Services"). By using a Site or any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use any Site. Some Sites require you to be 18 or older (Sextronica; AFM giveaways). The brand-specific section at the end of these Terms identifies which.
If you're using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Sextronica memberships and any other account-based Service require accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rmguniversal.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk, or after extended inactivity.
If you subscribe to a paid Sextronica tier, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your member account or by writing support@rmguniversal.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
When we run a sweepstakes or giveaway (including AFM giveaways), separate Official Rules will be posted at the point of entry and will control over any conflict with these Terms. No purchase is necessary to enter or win where law prohibits. Void where prohibited. You must be 18+ and a legal resident of the United States to enter unless the rules say otherwise.
If you submit content to us (a message, a review, a photo, a comment, a podcast clip), you grant RMG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with the Services and our marketing. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant that license and that your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove user content at our discretion.
You agree not to: - Use the Sites to violate any law or third-party right; - Send spam, phishing, or malware; - Attempt to access non-public areas, scrape at high volume, or interfere with the Sites' operation; - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except as permitted by law); - Misrepresent your identity or age; - Use the Sites to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
RMG and its licensors own all rights in the Sites, the Services, the LUX3 design language, brand names, logos, and content (except content you submit). We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sites for their intended consumer purpose. Nothing else is granted.
Copyright complaints (DMCA). If you believe content on a Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@rmguniversal.com that includes everything 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) requires. We will respond per the DMCA.
Your use of the Sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
If you opt into SMS or email communications, the additional consent terms in sms-consent.md and email-consent.md apply. You can opt out at any time (reply STOP to any text, click "unsubscribe" in any email, or write privacy@rmguniversalbrands.com).
The Sites may link to or integrate with third-party services (Stripe, Resend, Twilio, etc.). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
THE SITES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some content on the Sites discusses mental health, addiction, or trauma — it is informational only and is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RMG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITES OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITES OR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that can't be excluded under applicable law (including consumer-protection or product-liability law in your jurisdiction).
You agree to indemnify and hold RMG harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Sites, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
[OPTIONAL — counsel should advise whether to include a mandatory arbitration + class-action waiver clause. The current draft does not include one. If included, it would need an opt-out mechanism, a clear severability clause, and JAMS or AAA rules selection.]
Nothing in this section prevents either of us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual-property infringement or misuse of confidential information.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the affected Site or notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Sites after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
Sextronica is operated by Sextronica LLC (a separate legal entity from RMG Universal Brands LLC). You must be 18 or older to access Sextronica. You agree to the age-affirmation gate on entry. Sextronica content may include subject matter or imagery intended for adult audiences only.
America First Music is a division of RMG Music Group LLC. AFM giveaways, when active, will each be governed by their own Official Giveaway Terms & Conditions, which control over these Terms in case of conflict. The AFM giveaway is currently not accepting entries pending finalization of those Official Rules. When the giveaway opens, by submitting a giveaway entry you will affirm you are 18+ and consent to the Publicity Release as presented at entry.
The Awareness Project USA is operated by RMG Universal Brands LLC. Donations made through APUSA are voluntary and are not tax-deductible unless and until APUSA obtains separate IRS recognition (e.g., 501(c)(3)) and explicitly states so on the donation page.
The RMG Universal umbrella site is operated by RMG Universal Brands LLC.
Drink Sonicated, when active, is operated by Sonicated LLC, a separate legal entity.
